To request an UpFront Approval, we access your credit bureau report - with your permission and at
no cost to you at this time. |

If your UpFront Approval request is successful, you'll receive a Certificate in printable
form. |

|
|
|
UpFront Approval is subject to terms and conditions described on your Certificate. |
|
|
|
|
|
If you do not receive an UpFront Approval Certificate online, we may still be able to provide an
UpFront Approval Certificate offline and will work with you to determine the best product to meet your needs. |

|
|
|
Countrywide will contact you according to your contact preference. |
|
|
|
|
|
For purchase loans, if you are eligible to receive an UpFront Approval, you can obtain a
Certificate whether or not you have picked a specific property yet. |

| What if I don't receive one? |

Don't worry! We may still be able to provide an UpFront Approval Certificate offline. We
gather some additional information and confirm we've received your information. |

|
You'll be provided a reference number for your information. |
